What data we use, what for, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is BOTSOLUTIONS S.A.S. (BotSolutions), CUIT (tax ID) 33-71671387-9, with registered address at Rosario de Santa Fe 431, Córdoba, Argentina. For any question about your data, email us at info@bot-solutions.com.
What data we collect
- Contact form: full name, email, company, job title, service of interest, company size and the message you write to us.
- Technical submission data: IP address, date and time, which we use only for security and to prevent automated submissions.
- WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your number and the messages you send; that service is also governed by its provider's policies.
- Analytics: only if you accept it, anonymous or pseudonymized browsing data (pages visited, device, approximate city). See cookies.
We don't ask for sensitive data, and we ask you not to include it in your messages.
What we use it for
- To reply to your inquiry and, if you ask, send you a proposal.
- To follow up commercially on that inquiry.
- To protect the site and the form against abuse.
- To measure and improve the site, only if you accepted analytics.
We don't sell or transfer your data to third parties for advertising purposes.
Legal basis
We process your data with your consent, which you give by checking the box on the form or by accepting analytics, in accordance with Argentine Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with providers we need in order to operate, who process the data on our behalf:
- Website hosting and email (Hostinger).
- Google Analytics, if you accepted analytics.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us that way.
Some of these providers may store data outside Argentina; in those cases we require adequate levels of protection.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry data for as long as the business relationship lasts and for up to 24 months after the last contact. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, updating or deletion of your data by emailing info@bot-solutions.com. We reply within the legal deadlines: 10 calendar days for access and 5 business days for rectification, updating or deletion.
The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated, as established in Article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326.
The AGENCY FOR ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the Supervisory Authority of Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the regulations in force on personal data protection.
Cookies and local storage
Necessary: the site stores in your browser your choice regarding analytics and some browsing preferences (for example, whether you've already seen the intro, or light/dark mode). They aren't used to identify you and aren't shared.
Analytics (optional): if you accept it, Google Analytics 4 uses the cookies _ga and _ga_*, which last up to 2 years, to count visits and understand how the site is browsed. We configure it without advertising signals. If you reject it, it isn't loaded.
You can change your choice at any time from Cookie preferences, in the footer, or delete cookies from your browser.
Security
The site works only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), the form is protected against automated submissions and access to the emails received is restricted to the team that answers inquiries.
Minors
Our services are aimed at businesses. The site isn't intended for people under 18 and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date of the latest version appears above; if the change is significant, we'll announce it on the site. Last updated: October 14, 2026.
